2023 FALL FESTIVAL

The 2023 fall festival was held on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 pm at Shadowbend Park, Activities included Strolling Entertainment, Petting Zoo, Face Painters, Cookie Decorating, Candy, Bounce Houses, Rock Wall, Carnival Games, Trackless Train, Fall Photo Ops, Live Performances, Vendors, Crafts, Giveaways, Explore a Fire Truck and Meet Public Safety Officers, and so much more!

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT DAY AT COCHRAN’S GREEN PARK

October 14, 2023 – Community Involvement Days are FREE events designed to provide residents valuable information regarding property maintenance, crime prevention, safety, mosquito control and other community services, hosted by The Woodlands Township. Staff from The Woodlands Township departments and The Woodlands Fire Department were there to greet residents. The event was held from 10:00 am to noon at Cochran’s Green Park, 8 Edgemire Pl., The Woodlands, TX 77381.

THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY UPDATE

August 22, 2023 – The community update was an opportunity for residents to find out what’s happening in their community! Hosted by CCVA, the event featured a presentation and Q&A with Chris Nunes, Chief Operating Officer of the Township, at The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd.

FREE COMMUNITY SWIM SAFETY EVENT

August 19, 2023 – Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands SPLASH program & Emler Swim School hosted a FREE family friendly educational water safety event for the community from 2-4 pm at Emler Swim School of The Woodlands, 27822 Interstate 45 N, Oak Ridge North, TX 77385

There were safety demonstrations, in-water demonstrations (bring kids bathing suits & towels!), along with other local safety partners and vendors to help spread the message of water safety and importance of swim lessons.
