Holiday Lighting Contest
The Cochran’s Crossing Village Association will once again be driving up and down every street in the village looking for the best decorated house and the best decorated street. Be sure your lights are up and turned on so we don’t miss your hard work and holiday spirit. Judging will take place December 11th-16th with winners determined on December 17th. Fall Festival
The Cochran’s Crossing Village Association annual Fall Festival is Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 1:00-4:00 at Shadowbend Park. Please plan to attend. The FREE event will have a hometown carnival atmosphere with games and prizes, inflatables, petting zoo, rock climbing wall, trackless train, a DJ, Swiftie bracelet making, face painting, food, and more! Please come out, have fun with your family and meet your neighbors. We look forward to seeing you there!!
Halloween Decorating Contest
Winners of the Halloween decorating contest: Best decorated House-26 W. Stony End, Best decorated Street-Drift Oak,Honorable Mention for best decorated house–10 Amber Sky and 166 S. Cochran’s Green, and honorable mention best decorated street to Cascade Springs.
Be sure to have your spookiest displays ready because the Cochran’s Crossing Village Association will be strolling the streets to find the best decorated home and the best decorated street of the village for this year’s contest. Judging commences October 11th with winners determined on October 15th. Nominate your favorite houses through the 15th on The Village of Cochran’s Crossing Association Facebook page. Finalists will be listed on Facebook with winners announced at the CCVA Fall Festival on October 20th and following the festival, on Facebook. Pool Party
Join us for the annual Cochran’s Crossing Village Association Pool Party this Saturday, June 1st from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at the Bear Branch Pool. The event is free! No pool passes needed. Come meet your neighbors and enjoy snacks, pool toys, and free Kona Ice! This is the first evening pool party we’ve held and it is sure to be a blast with the addition of the brand new splash pad! Bring your family and bring your friends. We look forward to seeing you there!

2023 FALL FESTIVAL
The 2023 fall festival was held on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 pm at Shadowbend Park, Activities included Strolling Entertainment, Petting Zoo, Face Painters, Cookie Decorating, Candy, Bounce Houses, Rock Wall, Carnival Games, Trackless Train, Fall Photo Ops, Live Performances, Vendors, Crafts, Giveaways, Explore a Fire Truck and Meet Public Safety Officers, and so much more!
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT DAY AT COCHRAN’S GREEN PARK
October 14, 2023 – Community Involvement Days are FREE events designed to provide residents valuable information regarding property maintenance, crime prevention, safety, mosquito control and other community services, hosted by The Woodlands Township. Staff from The Woodlands Township departments and The Woodlands Fire Department were there to greet residents. The event was held from 10:00 am to noon at Cochran’s Green Park, 8 Edgemire Pl., The Woodlands, TX 77381.
