Welcome to Cochran’s Crossing Village Association

MISSION

The Cochran’s Crossing Village Association (CCVA) serves as a liaison between the residents of the Village of Cochran’s Crossing and other governmental agencies. CCVA provides service to the community by spearheading and organizing village representation and participation in community events. CCVA establishes, administers, and directs various village activities and appropriates awards.

Fun Happenings In The Village

Fall Festival

The annual CCVA free family fun Fall Festival is Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 1:00PM-4:00PM at Shadowbend Park. Carnival games and prizes, inflatables, trackless train, rock climbing wall, and food, There will be vendor booths with games. Come join the fun!

Fall Festival Sponsorships

Please consider being a fall festival sponsor! Fall festival sponsorships help support the festival and the education fund. The education fund provides teacher grants to benefit the students in classrooms and the fund provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors residing in the village. Booth space is still available and includes a tent, table, and 2 chairs. Reusable shopping bags are handed out free at the event. Advertising space on the bag is available with prices varying depending on the space size selected. Please see below for more information on how to become a sponsor! Cochran’s Crossing Village Association Board Meetings

Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM at The Woodlands Township headquarters, located at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard in The Woodlands. Meetings are open to residents. Please join us!

Please note, the October board meeting will be held October 13, 2025 and the November board meeting will be held on November 18th. There is no board meeting in December. The May board meeting will be held at Fire Station #2 at 9303 Gosling Rd.
